1. I still have remaining Cash Points, can I use them to have an entry?
👉 NO. Top-up and spending should ONLY be done from July 20, 2022 – JULY 25, 2022
2. If I’ll top-up 5,000 PlayPark Load, will it count as 50 entries already?
👉 NO. You still have to consume or use at least 500,000 Cash Points within July 20, 2022 – JULY 25, 2022 for you to have 50 entries.
3. What if I have characters on all servers on the same account? Can I purchase 50 entries for each?
👉 YES, all characters are allowed to have entries but only 1 per server will be qualified.
4. Are the rewards transferrable to another account?
👉 YES. The item rewards are transferrable within the characters of the same race and server.
5. Do I need to comment on this post multiple times?
👉 NO. Only one comment is needed and you must follow the required format.
NOTE: We’ll be posting the list of character names who are qualified for the raffle draw before the draw date comes. Be sure to take screenshots of your purchases for reference as well.

- The awarding period will start on the date you submitted the COMPLETE details! The awarding period will be within 7 to 15 BUSINESS DAYS (HOLIDAYS NOT INCLUDED). However, the PlayPark RF Online Team will do its best to process the rewards earlier than 7 days.
- The PlayPark RF Online Team WILL NOT ENTERTAIN any scam reports related to the event prizes caused by RMT (Real Money Trading).
