Greetings, Citizens! We are fully aware of the Google Login & Facebook Login difficulties that everyone has been experiencing for the past few months. Good news! Account Mapping is available for you to login your Google ID and Facebook ID accounts via PlayID method.
Here are the steps:
- Go to PlayPark website: https://www.playpark.com/en-ph/ and select Login.
- Choose the type of account you wish to map to PlayID and then log in. Please, take note that you can only choose between Facebook ID and Google ID Login.
- Once logged in, choose Mapping PlayID.
- Choose between Email or Mobile PlayID. Take note that a non-registered PlayID e-mail or mobile number should be used. However, we strongly recommend that you use an e-mail.
- Sign-up for a new E-mail or Mobile Number as your new PlayID.
- Once done, you will need to verify your PlayID account. An email will be sent to you on the email you used to register. For mobile number, an OTP will be sent to your number.

- You may now log in to your mapped PlayID account in-game.
Note:
- You can still use your Facebook and Google when logging in to the account with Map PlayID.
- Your top-up and conversion via Facebook or Google Login and Map PlayID will both reflect on the Transaction History regardless of which account you used (Original account or Mapped PlayID account).
- Mapped Accounts are still experiencing issues with RF Bazaar and Redemption Page. However, our IT Team is working on it. In the meantime, please use the original login method.
