In accordance with particular Playpark Inc. policies, as they are provided on our company website and subsites, certain penalties are imposed on accounts for violating the Playpark Inc. Code of Conduct, and for any of the violations that are listed below. It is the responsibility of every customer to be aware of our Company Policies, violations, and penalties as agreed upon in the Playpark End User License Agreement. Claims of ignorance of such information shall not be excused.

Listed here are the general account penalties maintained by Playpark Inc. as a company. There also exist game-specific account penalties, which you can find by following the appropriate links at the bottom of this page. In most cases, game-specific account penalties will take precedence over our general company account penalties. However, please remember that depending on the nature of each violation, either company or game-specific penalties may apply, the choice of which, rests on the sole discretion of Playpark Inc.

GAME POLICY UPDATE (effective May 17, 2022)

  • Chat Violations will now be punishable by 3 days chat ban for the 1st offense.
  • However, Sexual Harassment cases will remain at 7 days account ban for the first offense.
  • Defaming or Disrespecting a Game Moderator or Game Master will result in 3 days account ban for the 1st offense.
  • All violations will now be counted per account. (If character A got banned for the 1st offense due to a chat violation and character B was reported for another chat violation, it will be counted as 2nd offense)
  • RMT chats will now be punishable by 7 days chat ban for the 1st offense, 7 days account ban for the 2nd offense, and 30 days account ban for the 3rd offense.

RACE LEADER POWER ABUSE

  • Putting someone on WANTED or CHAT BAN status without complete evidence will be subject to an account ban.
  • The Race Leader MUST indicate the CORRECT OR SPECIFIC reason all the time.
  • The account owner will be the one responsible for every action that his/her character does, declaring “pilot” as a reason will NOT be entertained.
  • Reports related to Pit Boss or Pit Boss Areas (HQ & Settlement ONLY) will NOT be entertained.
  • CHAT BAN status should ONLY be used for chat violations such as spamming, trash-talking, and alike provided that you didn’t initiate the action. Be reminded that the other party has the right to report false information.
  • Putting someone on WANTED after the weekly maintenance without any valid reason is NOT ALLOWED. However, if the violator was initially on wanted status 12 HOURS BEFORE the weekly maintenance, it is ALLOWED. Evidence MUST be provided by the Race Leader.
  • EXTENDING someone’s WANTED or CHAT BAN status without another action committed is NOT ALLOWED

ITEM RECOVERY

  • Starting May 17, 2022, recovery of items that were accidentally sold to the NPC will NOT be free anymore.
  • An ACCOUNT INSURANCE COUPON will now be required for you to recover your item/s.
  • For you to recover an item, you should still file a ticket and wait for the GM Team’s instruction BEFORE BUYING the Account Insurance Coupon.
  • Please use the ITEM LOCK FEATURE in the game to avoid such incidents in the future.
