1. I still have remaining Cash Points, can I use them to have an entry?
👉 NO! Top-up and spending should ONLY be done from December 20, 12:01 AM GMT +8 – December 31, 11:59 PM GMT +8!
2. If I’ll top-up 6,000 PlayPark Load, will it count as 50 entries already?
👉 NO! You still have to consume or use at least 600,000 Cash Points DAILY within December 20, 12:01 AM GMT +8 – December 31, 11:59 PM GMT +8 for you to have 50 entries per day.
3. What if I have 3 characters in 1 server on the same account? Can I purchase 50 entries for each?
👉 YES! All characters are allowed to have entries and will be qualified.
4. Are the rewards transferrable to another account?
👉 YES! The item rewards are transferrable within the characters of the same race and server.
5. Do I need to comment on the Facebook post multiple times?
👉 NO! Only one comment is needed and you must follow the required format.
NOTE: We’ll be posting the list of character names who are qualified for the raffle draw before the draw date comes. Take screenshots of your purchases for reference as well.
