FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)
- When will be the raffle date?
- The raffle date will be moved to January 5, 2021 (originally December 29, 2020).
- How many entries will be allowed per account?
- For December 13 to 18, Only 1 entry per account per day will be allowed. The highest level character on the account will be added to the list.
- For December 19 to 24, a maximum of 5 entries per account per day will be allowed. The highest level character on the account will be added to the list.
- Can I top-up and convert the total amount of Php 1,440 (for 12 days) on December 13th and just spend 12,000 cash points per day?
- Yes, it is okay. But please make sure you do the top-up and convert exactly on December 13th.
- If the highest level character is in Novus but I’m playing in Desolation, what will happen?
- The Novus character on the account would still be added to the list. However, players that have been active for more than a month in Desolation can have it transferred to their Desolation character.
- Are the rewards transferrable?
- Yes, we will allow the transferring of rewards, FOR THIS EVENT ONLY, but it should be within the SAME SERVER.
