HOW TO TOP-UP

1. Visit https://playmall.playpark.com/login.aspx and choose your login type. Please be informed that PlayID, Facebook Login ID and Google Login ID are three (3) different types of Login even if you use the same e-mail for all.

2. Choose the type of currency you wish to use and click Confirm. It is advisable that you use your local currency. Do note that you need to wait for 60 days before you can change your currency.

3. Confirm your currency by clicking on the “Continue” button.

4. To top up your PlayID account, clicktheTop Up button.

5. Click LevelUp to continue.

6. Enter the Card Code/Serial and Password and click the Top Up button.

 7. Once top up is successful, it will be credited to your account as PH Point (Assuming you selected PHP as your local account currency). Points purchased is valid for 365 days upon top up.

8. You may now convert your Points to Rising Force Online by clicking on the game icon.

9. Click on the amount you wish to convert.

10. Double check the game and the amount you want to convert and click the Confirm button.

11. A message will appear once conversion is successful. Please do note that once your points are converted to game points already, you will not be able to refund the said points.
