Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
1. I still have remaining Cash Points, can I use them to have an entry?
– NO. Top-up and spending should ONLY be done from July 20, 06:00 PM GMT +8 – July 27, 09:00 AM GMT +8.
2. If I wasn’t able to consume or spend cash points on a specific day, is there still a chance to join for that day?
– NO. You can’t join on that specific day anymore.
3. What if I have 3 characters for each server on the same account? Can I purchase 30 entries for each?
– YES, all characters will be allowed to join as long as they have entries.
4. Are the rewards transferrable to another account?
– YES. The item rewards are transferrable within the characters of the same race and server.
5. Do I need to comment on the post multiple times?
– NO. Only one comment is needed and you must follow the required format.
6. When will the winners be drawn?
– Raffle Draw will be done on July 30, 2021.
♦ The list of qualified character names will be posted a day before the raffle draw. Be sure to take screenshots of your purchases for reference as well.
