ALLOWED:
Kill stealing HQ or settlement Pit Bosses is allowed IF ALL participants are of the same race to ensure fair game and the competition is within the same race.

Using Chaos Potions in retaliation is allowed IF the current user is a victim of Chaos Potion abuse with the sufficient proof; otherwise, in-game sanctions can be applied by the Race Leader, such as, but not limited to, placing said character on wanted status.

ALLOWED:
Asking the assistance of other races for the sole purpose of killing settlement bosses and not selectively eliminating any opposition is allowed. This is not considered an abuse or exploit as it is viewed as a positive or peaceful act of assistance.

NOT ALLOWED:
Asking the assistance of another race to purposely kill currently engaged or camped characters and loot/kill steal settlement Pit Bosses via a proxy account is considered a sanctionable offense without any appeals. The reason for this, is because the concept is far worse than chaos abuse, as the proxy account is ordering the other race to kill his own race and solely claim the Pit Boss loot with the help of other races especially when the proxy account itself cannot kill the Pit Boss. This could also mean that the proxy account is there to make an outside profit.

This does not apply to neutral areas such as Volcanic Cauldron, Beast Mountain, Elan Plateau etc.. wherein a proxy account is unlikely to survive.

The sanction will apply to all characters and races perpetrating the offense and the items looted will be tracked. Sanctions will also apply to all characters that participated in a trade for the items in subject. This includes, but is not limited to, normal trades, UTS, drop and pick.

The account(s) will also be sanctioned with a permanent ban without any appeals if later found to be part of an illegal RMT.

Additionally, exploiting Terrain Collision, especially in tower planting is also a sanctionable offense without any appeals.
