  • TICKETS SUBMITTED BEFORE THE AWARDING WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED.
  • FALSE CLAIMS WILL RESULT TO TEMPORARY ACCOUNT SUSPENSION.
  • For those who used RELIEF JADES or have PREMIUM SERVICE CARD from April 17 or 18 but didn’t meet the level requirement, please submit a ticket in PLAYPARK RF ONLINE E-SUPPORT under CHARACTER ENQUIRY for us to verify and award you.
  • For characters that were created April 13 – 17, 2021 & were online last April 17 or 18, you would still be eligible for the compensation package depending on your server. Kindly submit a ticket in PLAYPARK RF ONLINE E-SUPPORT under CHARACTER ENQUIRY for us to verify and award you.
  • Please be reminded that the account should also have logged in last April 17 or 18 to be eligible.
