- All characters who have top-up and spent at least 100,000 Cash Points (PHP 1,000) in the RF Bazaar within the promo period will get rewards based on the total points gathered by the race.

- REWARDS ARE ACCUMULATIVE!
- That means if your race achieves 300 Race Points and your character achieve at least 1 point, you will get all the rewards from TIER I to TIER IV guaranteed!
- REWARDS ARE PER CHARACTER!
- If you have 3 characters in 1 account and all characters have at least 1 point, they will all get the rewards depending on the TIER that their race has achieved.
- REWARDS FOR SPECIAL CATEGORIES ARE TRANSFERRABLE!
- Rewards can be transferred to another character provided that it is on the same race!
- SPENDING WILL ALSO BE COUNTED IN THE TOP SPENDER EVENT!
- All spending amount for this event will also be added to the Top Spender Event running this September 2023!
- AWARDING OF ALL PRIZES WILL BE DONE AFTER THE EVENT PERIOD!
- Once the GM Team has verified the total number of points and posted the winning race, the list of qualified characters will be generated and awarded within 7 to 15 business days!
