  1. What time will the event start?
    • As mentioned above, the event will start at 10:00 AM until 6:00 PM!
  2. Can someone represent me at the venue for the Spin the War Field & Special PISO Item Auction?
    • Yes, you can ask your friends or anyone you know in Manila to attend the event and represent you for the activities. However, it is strictly ONE (1) ATTENDEE PER ACCOUNT ONLY!
  3. How long should I wait for the prizes from the events to be awarded?
    • Awarding of process will take a maximum of 15 business days after the official announcement of the winners!
  4. Can I bring my relatives and friends who are not playing the game yet but interested?
    • YES! That would be great if you’ll invite your friends to come and join the event! However, they would also need to present a transaction history for them to enter the venue! Make sure that they have a registered account and top-up!
