1.  I still have remaining Cash Points, can I use them to have an entry?


👉 NO. Top-up and spending should ONLY be done from July 18, 12:01 AM GMT +8 – July 24, 11:59 PM GMT+8!


2. If I’ll top-up 10,000 PlayPark Load, will it count as 100 entries already?


👉 NO. You still have to consume or use at least 10,000 Cash Points within July 18, 12:01 AM GMT +8 – July 24, 11:59 PM GMT+8 for you to have 100 entries.


3. What if I have characters on all servers on the same account? Can I purchase 100 entries for each?


👉 YES! All characters are allowed to have entries but only 1 per server will be qualified.


4. Are the rewards transferrable to another account?


👉 YES! All non-trade item rewards are transferrable within the characters of the same race and server.


5. Do I need to comment on this post multiple times?


👉 NO! Only one comment is needed and you must follow the required format.


6. What will be the talic upgrade of Weapons & Armors (Tiger Helm)?


👉  All weapons will have Keen Upgrade and all armors (Tiger helm) will have Favor Upgrade. 


NOTE: We’ll be posting the list of character names who are qualified for the raffle draw before the draw date comes. Be sure to take screenshots of your purchases for reference as well.
